4. Job Seekers
  • You may browse job listings and apply for positions that match your qualifications.
  • You represent that all information you provide (resume, cover letter, application) is accurate and truthful.
  • Submitting false information may result in immediate termination of your account and disqualification from applications.
  • We do not guarantee employment as a result of using our platform.
  • Your application data is shared with the hiring organisation upon application submission.
5. Employers and Organisations
  • You may post job listings, review applications, and contact candidates through the platform.
  • All job listings must be for genuine, legal employment opportunities.
  • You must not post discriminatory, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
  • You are responsible for compliance with all applicable employment and labour laws.
  • Candidate data received through our platform must be used solely for recruitment purposes and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Post or transmit any content that is fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or discriminatory.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems.
