**Chowkidar / Watchman (Multi-Tasking Staff – Security)** – Central Public Works Department (CPWD). **Pay Scale:** Level-1 (₹18,000–56,900) + DA + HRA + CGHS Medical + Government Quarter (where available). **Job Profile:** - Guard and watch duty at Central Government buildings, residential colonies, offices, and national monuments under CPWD. - Maintaining entry/exit registers, checking visitor passes, and monitoring gate access. - Night patrolling of premises and immediate reporting of security threats. - Handling keys and locking/unlocking of premises. - Assisting in emergency evacuation procedures. **Physical Requirements:** Minimum height 165 cm (male) / 152 cm (female). Physically fit; no physical disability. **Age Limit:** 18–27 years (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen as per GoI rules). **Selection:** Written Test + Physical Test + Document Verification.
