**Manager (Technical) – Civil Engineering** – National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). **Pay Scale (IDA):** ₹60,000–1,80,000 (E-2 Grade) + DA + HRA + CCA + Perks @ 35% of Basic. **Job Profile:** - Planning, design review, and monitoring of National Highway projects (4/6 laning, expressways, bypasses). - Review of DPRs, EPC/HAM/BOT concession agreements, and project contracts. - Supervision of Independent Engineers (IEs) and Quality Monitors. - Processing of contractor claims, change of scope proposals, and variation orders. - Coordination with State Governments on land acquisition, utility shifting, and environment clearances. - Preparation of project MIS, financial progress reports, and submissions to MoRTH. **Functional Skills:** Knowledge of MORTH Specifications, IRC Codes, FIDIC contract conditions, and highway design software (MX Roads / Civil 3D) preferred. **Selection:** Written Test + Personal Interview (for lateral entry / direct recruitment).
